JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead Fiserv payment product implementation activities and manage project planning, setup, and configuration of products based on customer-specific requirements. Provide directions and supervision to the team while performing project planning and status tracking. Conduct customer meetings, manage customer go-live, and conduct and lead the implementation knowledge sharing sessions with the implementation team. Create, configure, and implement payment products for various customers and support customer-specific customized solutions. Determine and analyze customer requirements, participate in the design and scope change of any future enhancement to meet the requirement, and design functional aspects for the proposed solution that interact between ERP system and web application. Implement APIs for payment transactions and tokenization, verify encrypted data interaction during payment transaction applications, and analyze test results and determine modifications to meet expectations and project specifications. Setup and configure customer accounts in UAT and production environment. Conduct customer project end-to-end implementation and production cutover and go-live activities. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving experience developing, implementing, and maintaining information technology systems. Prior experience must include: 5 years of web application development and implementation using Microsoft .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, LINQ, MVC3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, MS SQL Server, and REST and SOAP API integration; Working in payment processing, gateway integration, and transactions for authorization, sales, and refund; Cloud-based application implementation; Integrating ERP platforms and customer support for SAP, JDE, and Oracle Cloud; and Product implementation management. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Email resume to: Fiserv.Recruitment_Resume@fiserv.com.
