Job Description Position Overview: Collaborate with Procurement Excellence Manager, Category Managers, and key cross functional stakeholders to identify, develop and onboard strategic low-cost country (LCC) suppliers (ex: Mexico) to drive competitive cost advantage, innovation, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and supplier footprint optimization for Amcor Rigid Packaging (ARP) Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Support the development and implementation of capital equipment, tooling, equipment mechanical spare parts, , and other category strategies in alignment with Business Group (BG) priorities and timing expectations especially in the areas of Plastic Injection molding, Blow Molding and Downstream technologies. Engage and collaborate with functional/operational stakeholders and other subject matter experts to ensure category sourcing strategy is aligned and capitalizes on supplier\'s technology/product roadmaps to drive innovation and growth. Understand and document in a cost breakdown all the cost components related to above platforms, tools and services to identify cost savings and capital expenditure opportunities.
