WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW The Supervisor, Instructor Excellence, reporting to the Manager, Instructor excellence plays a crucial role in promoting and enhancing the quality of delivery for all Training Services classes. The Supervisor, Instructor Excellence will supervisor and provide support to a team of Sr. Specialists who perform a range of tasks following the conclusion of Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) investigations.
