Job Summary This position provides financial guidance, direction, and analytical support for new product development and engineering departments within Harley-Davidson. It will coordinate the development expense and capital budgets and forecasts for assigned area. This position provides comprehensive financial support for assigned departments including, but not limited to, monthly performance reports, financial analysis, new product business case development, and recommendations for corrective actions when needed. This position participates in special projects as required. Job Responsibilities * Guides and partners with business partners in aspects of financial decision making and budget management * Provides business analysis and modeling with emphasis in understanding the supported business * Coordinates the development and tracking of project budgets, forecasts and actuals * Provides monthly financial support to the business: Record month end journal entries/accruals; Assure all expenses are recorded in the month incurred; and Analyze spending variances * Forecasts returns (IRR & NPV) for proposed motorcycle and/or parts & accessory projects * Participate in special projects as needed Education Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree Required Education Specifications This position requires a bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
