Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. accountant to work for a major healthcare system. This will participate in month-end close process which will include preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, book allocations, and supporting schedules to ensure all financial transactions and data are recorded accurately in the general ledger. This accountant needs to be very analytical and able to see the big picture and have the experience/ability to research. This accountant will assist the Midwest team and will be primarily remote besides when the team gets together once a month if possible.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience

 Experience working with Workday

 Experience with journal entries, reconciliation, balance sheets, general ledger, allocations

 Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related degree Experience using One Stream and/or GTreasury

 Healthcare experience null
