JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic is looking for a Solution Design Operations Specialist in our Solution Development NA Operations group. This role will report directly to the SD Operations Manager. The function of the Solution Development Operations Team is to enable Solution Development group to consistently deliver competitive solutions. Focus areas are being a trusted advisor to the business, utilizing LEAN and CI methodologies to standardize and streamline process and tools. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$65,000 - \$140,000 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: Partners with GPST and Collaborates with all Dematic teams to improve our tools for costing and reporting, allowing for more accurate and transparent quoting Understands and communicates business needs and prioritize bugs and enhancements of the Quoting tools Supports users by training and helping diagnosis issues Design and create training materials by working with SD Subject Matter Experts to obtain content of training Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of tools in the Quality Assurance (QA) environment Test and support software release of tools to the production environment What We are Looking For: BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree Able to navigate through complex business challenges Able to navigate competing priorities Flexible and capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
