JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Software Development Engineering - Advisor II Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and clarification using various documentation tools and methods. Extract and prepare data for analysis across multiple platforms. Interface cross departmentally to understand the needs and objectives of the business and perform data quality analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting. Manage security aspects by working with different technical teams, assisting with design questions and integrating data from various backend services and databases. Provide timely updates to leadership, participate in technical meetings, bring value added technology to the team, and provide guidance to colleagues on various processes and procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving software development and data analysis experience.
