The Data Platform Engineering Manager Senior will have a strong background in leading teams focused on data engineering and cloud dev ops, with extensive experience in architecting DataOps. In this role you will be critical to delivering DataOps and MLOps capabilities to enable data engineers and scientists to move faster via reusable data platform components, ensuring the availability, observability, security, reliability, and performance of our data platform. The Senior Manager will be responsible for establishing the DevOps strategy for our enterprise data analytics platform, and for leading a team of individuals in delivering and maintaining these capabilities. As a Senior Manager Data Platform Engineering, you will: Develop and execute the data platform DataOps technical strategy and roadmap of capabilities ensuring scalability, reliability, reusability, observability, security, and performance. Lead and mentor a team of data platform engineers and platform administrators, fostering a culture of innovation and agility Design and implement scalable data infrastructure solutions that support both real-time and batch processing Build MLOps capabilities for the enterprise to enable efficient, compliant, and reliable machine learning models into production.
