JOB REQUIREMENTS: Charge of evaluating, recommending, and implementing improvements of our data, data quality, and data access efforts in support of our region service operating businesses and global service. Able to identify and improve key processes, prioritize key improvements that make the most business impact. Provide support of data management, data quality, and access for region and domain/product service in support of growth and cost performance efforts. Implement key deliverables across data operations in support of lead generation/accelerate and the service operating system, providing accountability across region, function, and domain/product data efforts. Provide support for business efforts across contract growth, win-back, break in, contract expansion, and digital service growth efforts. Where applicable, support standardization of global, region and domain/product service reporting and visualization efforts imperatives and organizational priorities. Execute install base remediation efforts, delivering quality of completeness and accuracy for the comprehensive marker view of customer contact, customer location, and asset attribute information. Analyze and draw conclusions based on less-than-complete data build models and assumptions to account for missing data enable and support others to make decisions and take reasonable risks. Identify and remove obstacles that may interfere with the success. Ensure that individuals and team members understand the impact of their contributions. Use structured analysis to assess and mitigate risk sophisticated knowledge of business software and CRM systems. Developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with the organization\'s business requirements. Designing and implementing efficient and scalable database structures to support data storage and retrieval. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Data Analyst, or related occupation managing data processes.
