Your Role:

Serving our Navisite team as a SAP Delivery Lead. This role is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery across a portfolio of consulting engagements, personnel management, and resource management. Direct experience with cloud delivery models and application management platforms, specifically SAP ERP applications (E-Business, JD Edwards and Peoplesoft).

The Work:

  • Manage a team of direct reports, leaders in each area of expertise with a growing staff of over sixty consultants and project managers

  • Responsible for a portfolio of SAP ERP projects of varying complexity and scope; on average, 45+ concurrent projects

  • Establishes and enforces disciplined processes focused on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with great customer satisfaction

  • Promotes delivery best practices, collaboration across the line of business, and development of staff

  • Oversees resource management to include resource forecasting and utilization; performance will be measured on profitability, staff development, and customer satisfaction

  • Hires new personnel into the organization to fill skill gaps and ensure supply stays in balance with demand

  • Provides delivery leadership and serves as Engagement Manager for the largest projects

  • Maintains a good relationship with our ecosystem partner SAP

  • Works with sales on closing opportunities and marketing department capabilities

  • Coordinates with sales leadership on professional services bids, project timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and other specifics

  • Develops and maintains relationships with delivery partners

  • Implements and enhances world-class consulting processes, molding them to the Accenture business model

  • Meets key performance indicators including utilization and profit margin

  • Provides delivery leadership and oversight to ensure customer satisfaction and reference across a portfolio of projects

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in consulting leading SAP transformation programs supporting a variety of Industries

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs and advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations, including project planning, estimation, financial management, and solution architecture

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience managing large SAP delivery teams (100+ people), including in a Global Delivery model

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Direct SAP E-Business, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft experience/exposure a plus

  • Project Management Professional certification a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
