Accenture Real Estate Management Senior Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Market/Market Unit (MU) Real Estate Senior Manager is responsible for delivering Accenture’s real estate portfolio vision, engaging with key business leaders, providing a consistent approach to curating Accenture Real Estate portfolio insights, enabling real estate decision making based on a clear understanding of Market/MU and Global business/corporate strategies and financial objectives. The lead serves as the single point of contact for the coordination and delivery of all real estate services to their respective market/market units.
Key responsibilities:
Accountable for real estate leadership and solutions for the Market/Market Unit across CS&S and Service lines
Accountable for optimization of the portfolio in alignment with corporate goals, financial objectives and business strategies
Manage real estate portfolio pipeline and lease activity for the Market/MU
Delivery of the real estate strategy to meet Global/Market/Market Unit business objectives
Maintain and leverage relationship with professional service provider
Engage and collaborate with the other real estate Market/MU function leads
Oversee merger and acquisition real estate integration plans
Job Requirements:
Approximately 25% travel to support business objectives
Role requires working during business hours 7:00am – 5:00pm EST
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of workplace strategy and/or corporate real estate experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in North America and or LATAM Market
Exceptional business partnering and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong business case development, rationalization and presentation skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong financial acumen
Experience of working globally and virtually across multiple stakeholders
Strong experience with enterprise centric approaches and aligning enterprise, business, and functional strategies
Experience in Workplace and/or Real Estate Operations Management at the MU level
Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent track record of building relationships with stakeholders
Experience working with large organizations
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience in client facing capacity
Collaboration with senior leadership on strategic programs
Knowledge of emerging technologies
Willingness to flex based on business priorities
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
