Property Management Operations Specialist

We're growing — and growing quickly — so we're seeking motivated and highly talented people to join our team. We’re currently looking for a resourceful problem solver that has a knack for property management software for our Property Management Operations Specialist opening. The position will work out of our brand new Milwaukee headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot property management software issues to assist on-site property teams with software issues.
Manage development request and recommend best practices to make sure FRED is utilizing our software to its highest potential.
Be the subject matter expert on our property management software system and assist the training department with training employees on the system.
Lead the help desk team and help with resolutions and follow-up actions using Ticketing system.
General Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal organization members and vendors
One (1) year of property management software experience is preferred (Entrata or Yardi)
Working knowledge of property management systems or ticketing systems
Ability to fully investigate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
