JOB REQUIREMENTS: Project Coordinator - Finance Department (Short Term Role) - PROJE002276 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Please be advised... This position is intended to be a short-term role, lasting between one to two months , with the possibility of extension if required. Project Coordinator Pay Compensation: * \$40.00 to \$50.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience). Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities: * Participate in Implementation meetings with vendor and UMOS conversion leadership team. * Assist with coordinating and executing accounts payable related to conversion issues along with other members of the finance team. a. Help identify best practices and efficiencies, along with the best application of the software. b. Help develop procedures for existing processes as well as procedures for post conversion. * Monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential risks and proactively addressing issues. * Assist with developing comprehensive project documentation, including data mapping diagrams, conversion procedures, and change logs. * Assist with providing training to end users on new data structures and reporting capabilities within the new system. * Executing mock data loads, performing dry runs and executing production data loads. * Assist with creating transition workflow documents. * Act as resource during conversion and answer questions, troubleshoot problems as they occur, support implementation of new procedures, conduct last minute training if necessary and provide support during conversion week. Tools & Equipment Used: iPad, iPhone, laptop computers, projectors, copy/scanner machine, computer. Be able to scan documents and encrypt documents as necessary Use first aid equipment, fire extinguisher. Usage varies by position.
