About the role: As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving bill payment issues and responding to email and incident inquiries. Issues may include returned payments, returned debit transactions, and payment inquiries. What you will be doing: Resolve credit and debit returns per standard operating procedures. Respond to incident and email inquiries. Receive and work service requests linked to consumer and payee updates of bill payment transactions. Track and manage daily workload to ensure production baselines are met. Escalate issues or problems to management regarding payee or system issues. Other duties may be assigned. Participate in special projects, as needed. What you will need: This is an hourly role. This role is only available in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be required to report to our Brown Deer location M-F 8 am -4:30 pm CEN Prior banking experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver Knowledge of FIS products a plus What we offer you: At FIS, we hire the best.
