For more information, please view the 2024 Total Rewards Guide. The program coordinator will collaborate with the supervisor on the vision and design of the program. This role is primarily responsible for the execution of main program activities. The scope of job includes managing relationships with program partner organizations and churches, involvement in recruiting and communication with participants, speakers, and other collaborators, working together with the office associate in organizing and planning events, and sharing in the design, delivery, and reporting of program evaluation. Part of the responsibilities also include staying abreast of issues of social, community, and religious relevance and cultivating relationships with key people in those sectors. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with office associate to plan, schedule, and oversee all program events and retreats including reserving spaces, inviting presenters 2. Recruit program participants and peer leaders and oversee promotion of events through communication with denominational partners, individual relationship building, and utilization of other communication methods. 3. Coordinate and oversee clergy collaboration and content creation efforts including supporting clergy collaboration groups, visioning content, recruiting content collaborators, and contributing to creating and editing of content 4. Collaborate with Supervisor/PI in developing and maintaining overall vision and direction of grant program 5. Oversee the budget and budget reports to the Lilly Endowment and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs in conjunction with the Office Associate. 6. Perform a variety of basic duties at occasional off-campus, overnight events.
