In the role of Physician Recruiter Senior you will beworking in Human Resources. Purpose Creates, implements, and evaluates physician recruitment strategies to fulfill the needs of the institution to attract and select highly qualified candidates. Coordinates physician recruitment activities by effectively building recruitment relationships and efficiently fulfilling multiple requisitions. Builds relationships with departmental and organizational leaders and provides service excellence to all stakeholders. Primary Functions Recruit qualified physicians and set the course for complex physician recruitment plans with limited direction while evaluating proper expense management, resource allocation efficiency, and records management for self and others. Coordinate comprehensive physician recruitment strategies to ensure adequate supply of physicians to meet the needs of the institution and medical staff while implementing process and procedure improvements. Ensure compliance with regulations, institutional policies, and goal achievement. Assess immediate and long-term needs for physicians and services and evaluates the effectiveness of strategies to attract the proper mix of medical practitioners and/or specialists including training other physician recruiters. Evaluate and recommend improvements to sourcing and marketing campaigns to attract candidates including direct mail, electronic, phone, and web communication to advertise physician opportunities. Discern the quality and utilization of candidate resources including internet inquiries, referrals, databases, professional network, consultants, and other resources to generate leads and refine strategies. Utilize established relationships with affiliates, vendors, and networks to facilitate search and selection processes for the most complex departments and recruiting objectives. Evaluates opportunities by meeting consultatively with decision makers and stakeholders to describe physician market conditions and recruiting best practices. Screen interested candidates to evaluate qualification, level of interest, and timelines. Uses advanced interviewing skills to accurately detect strengths, opportunities, and career trajectory.
