JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop a treatment plan that integrates input from team members, patients, and family. Establish a customized plan of care that is appropriate to address problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities, desires, goals and resources Perform therapy in accordance with the treatment plan and evaluate results. Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting with recommendations for services to implement upon return to the home community Accurately, promptly, and thoroughly document patient care observations, interventions, and evaluations. Instruct patient\'s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs. Maintain therapy equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition. Document patient progress in a precise and timely manner. Preferred Schedule: 7:30-4 Position Requirements: Proficient in vestibular therapy.
