This position must be able to effectively provide guidance, coaching, and support to consumers and the professionals serving them based on their own lived experience with mental health and/or substance abuse. Job Duties: Provide expertise to the team about recovery process, symptom management, and the persistence required by consumers to have a satisfying life. Collaborate to promote a team culture that recognizes, understands, and respects each consumer\'s point of view. Responsible to help maximize consumer choice, self-determination and decision-making in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
