Join us as our Packaging Supervisor This position works under general direction and is responsible for managing the production process and employees on assigned shift to maximize production results and meet Customer demand. This is a hands-on position that is heavily engaged in day-to-day production activities. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Scheduling and assigning personnel, and evaluating job performance. Mentoring employees and cultivating a positive work environment. Promoting continuous improvement and implementing standardized processes. Resolving employee issues and maintaining effective employee relations. Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions. Coordinating Preventative Maintenance and assessing equipment conditions. Training staff and enforcing GMP, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines. To succeed you must hold: Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate in oral and written form to all levels (operator to executive) of the organization as well as outside contractors.
