The Organizational Development & Effectiveness Partner - Remote will play a key role in advising and supporting BUs/Functions in the (re)design and development of organizational structures, processes, and talent strategies. The role will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to align organizational designs with strategic objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive overall effectiveness. This role focuses on assessing organizational needs, implementing solutions based on best practices, and facilitating change management processes.
