As a member of the GRAEF Plumbing Team, your responsibilities may include: Design and analyze plumbing and fire protection systems for various types of facilities. Produces plumbing construction documents for various types of facilities. Coordinate between multiple disciplines and attend regular meetings. Perform computer-aided drafting using Revit and design for various projects. We are considering candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection system design for commercial, office, healthcare, hospitality, educational, institutional, industrial, and other similar building types. Understanding of NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.
