Brady Corporation Marketing Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

What We Need:

We're looking for a driven, collaborative, talented marketing associate to join our growing marketing communications team! This person will work closely with our marketing specialists, project manager and trade show manager, as well as the balance of the digital marketing, product management and channel teams. You will be required to apply creative thinking to multiple parts of the business so we can better reach and communicate with our prospects, customers and sales teams, both directly and through our extensive network of distribution partners. You must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support new product launches with image and video management, meetings and cross-team communication for execution across marketing channels

  • Review, analyze and edit existing campaigns, materials and promotions for effectiveness, cross-selling opportunities and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate, prepare and execute photo and video shoots

  • Manage collateral inventory and coordinate POs for replacement inventory.

  • Conduct market and/or competitor research, campaign results and consumer trend analysis

  • Project Management - assist with the scheduling and follow up on in-process project tasks, including outside reviews

  • Channel support - Assist with providing content for featured products, supplier brand pages, ads, distributor specific and/or co-branded collateral, emails, etc

  • Trade Shows - Lead capture processing/clean up,staff coordination details, show/award submission/coordination, and maintain virtual showroom assets

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, advertising or related discipline

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in marketing or similar field

  • Excellent written and verbal communications, project leadership and analytical skills

  • Familiar with developing product marketing content across various channels including, but not limited to: ecommerce website, social media, email, trade advertising, webinars and/or trade shows

  • Motivated by data and measurement, must be familiar with results in the form of leads generated, traffic driven and revenue created from campaign efforts

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

  • Proven time manager and comfortable with managing multiple projects and business relationships concurrently

  • Ability to travel up to 5%

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with design software, project management tools and taking industrial products and service to market through direct and distributor channels is a plus
