Join our team as a Manger, Sourcing and Supplier Management - Metals. The Manager, Sourcing & Supplier Management - Metals is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Harley-Davidson\'s supply performance for a Category Group. This includes oversight and execution of identifying and developing new suppliers, sourcing, contracting, and driving category / supplier strategies for our motorcycle components and parts and accessories. The Sourcing & Supplier Management function acts as the single relationship owner for quality, delivery and cost of H-D\'s suppliers and will help deliver best in class results to achieve our Hardwire ambitions. This role will also deliver our ongoing procurement transformation to enable generations of riders to experience the joy of riding a Harley-Davidson. The role is transformational in nature, so will require strategic thinking, effective problem structuring, and an ability to influence diverse teams. The Manager of Sourcing & Supplier Management will work through a team of both direct reports and matrixed representatives from business functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and global leadership to determine key Sourcing & Supplier Management goals and execute a plan to meet Harley-Davidson\'s Quality, Delivery, Cost and Product Development goals.
