Job Overview This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a cross-functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment as it relates to programs related to developing the technical workforce (Example: Technicians).Will create partnerships across the Komatsu organization as well as outside resources (Ex: schools, universities, other talent resources, etc.). Key Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 3-5 professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize OEM workforce development resources, funding, and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical workforce forecasts with distributors needs and facilitate technical school expansion programs. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure goals are met. Coordinate technical college needs and ensure collaboration with internal OEM departments (parts, service, and/or training) Manage recruiting and technical workforce coordinator activates across multiple events and facilities ensuring successful student engagement. Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for escalations and provide timely resolution of issues.
