JOB REQUIREMENTS: About the Job Regal Rexnord is continuing to expand, and as the Supply Chain gets faster and more data-driven, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to be a critical part of this exciting digital transformation. A successful leader will drive strategic initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and bias, to drive cost savings, and to drive improved customer service levels. The individual for this role should be highly analytical, with strong communication skills and collaborative leadership approach to coordinating Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP) competencies across the organization. Duties & Responsibilities Forecasting & Demand Planning * Develop and maintain an accurate statistical forecast over a rolling time horizon for manufactured & purchased goods by analyzing historical trends, external data signals, and input from business partners. * Deploy advanced demand planning techniques to provide accurate value and units-based demand forecasts to ensure desired stocking levels and drive customer service performance. * Achieve a consensus demand plan by leading a collaborative planning process with sales, product marketing, supply chain planning, and other cross-functional teams by identifying key event drivers and assumptions that impact the forecast. * Support the SIOP cycle by identifying & leading continuous improvement initiatives, with consistent focus on timely execution, accuracy, and thoughtful communication of changes. Analysis & Data Management * Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system / tool. Manage history & inputs used for forecasting, adjusting for known events and outliers. * Provide timely and accurate response to demand and forecast related inquiries from all areas of the organization, including day-to-day resolution of critical issues affecting the Supply Chain * Leverage tools and data sources to communicate the demand forecasts to key stakeholders, and audit and escalate the data to ensure information integrity. * Assess performance of current planning tools and define opportunity areas to further leverage tool capability and enhance statistical models. Qualifications / Minimum Requirements * Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or another related field * 5+ years of experience in forecasting and/or sales analysis, with Oracle /Demantra experience preferred. * Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with additional experience in PowerBI preferred * Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with desire to interact with audiences across all levels of business leaders. * Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and is flexible in adapting to changing trends in the business and ad hoc projects and requests. * Uses analytical thinking...
