JOB REQUIREMENTS: Scope of Leadership Role The Division Integration Controller position functions primarily as a business partner to the Couplings Division Integration team and is expected to be hands-on and highly interactive with all key stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Act as a key business partner to the Division Integration leader performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform leadership and key stakeholders of financial implications of business decisions. Ensure quality and timeliness of monthly Integration financial reporting packages . Direct monthly Division Integration forecasting process of synergies, capacity improvements, productivity loss, restructuring expense, investment, cashflow, and CapEx for Division integration projects. Financial leader and financial liaison regarding Division Integration financial matters with the plant controllers, project leaders, and project teams. Drive Division Integration Strategic Plan and Budgeting process including coordination with Operations and Integration to ensure adherence to company deadlines. Establish appropriate KPI dashboards for key sites and manage plant controller compliance of daily reporting of key metrics. Assess and manage financial risks, identifying potential areas of concern for any Supply Chain Footprint Optimization Rationalization projects. Manage and improve internal controls procedures and compliance to GAAP/SOX for Integration and restructuring activities. Train and partner with non-financial leaders in financial concepts. Partner with other functions and serve as lead financial support for Division Integration activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Holding teams accountable for financial results. Job Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education. CPA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of accounting/finance experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems. Proven advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and coach/mentor teammates to a higher standard . Accurate, detailed and results oriented, with a strong sense of accountability. Hands-on and bias for action with a high sense of urgency Able to quickly and effectively build trust, establish credibility and foster cross functional working relationships. Ability to communicate complex financials in a way that is understandable at all levels of the organization.
