Join us as our new Maintenance Supervisor This position under supervised direction oversees and coordinates efficient maintenance operations and will lead a team of mechanics across multiple shifts within the bio science manufacturing facility. This role also ensures the proper functioning of equipment and systems, adhering to safety standards and protocols. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Coordinating daily maintenance activities, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs, while monitoring key performance indicators for efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule tasks, track performance, and maintain accurate records of activities. Monitoring and guiding the performance of maintenance staff with the assistance of the department manager, and working towards becoming a technical expert in one process area. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company policies, and assisting with the Ammonia systems Process Safety Management (PSM) Program. Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs and priorities, and coordinating work with external vendors and contractors for repairs.
