Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Preventative, Corrective, and General Maintenance of Commercial and Industrial Facility Equipment
Conduct Shift Rounds, Regular Checks of Systems, and Equipment to Identify Issues, and Document Systems and Equipment Performance
Maintains, Troubleshoot, and Perform Equipment Repairs
Perform Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Equipment and Controls Located throughout a Site
Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing/Piping and Associated Equipment and Components Located in the Interior and Exterior of Buildings
Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Mechanical/Electrical Operating Equipment and Machinery
Perform Administrative Tasks such as Parts Ordering, PO# Creation, Vendor Management, Attend Job Meetings/Project Meetings, Documents Work Results, Analyze Findings and Recommend Updates
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 Years Previous Experience and/or Training including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry. An Equivalent Combination of Training, Education, and Manufacturing Maintenance Experience is acceptable
2 Years of Training through an Accredited Trade School or College Certificate/Degree Preferred.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Fork Truck Operator's License
JLG Operator's License
Universal CFC Certification
