ManpowerGroup Leave of Absence - Time off Specialist Consultant (REMOTE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Join our dynamic team at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, supporting one of our clients-a leading global technology platform. As a Leave of Absence (LOA) Specialist, you'll provide comprehensive support for our clients global workforce, ensuring seamless management of LOA processes. This will be a w2 6+month contract role that is fully remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance to employees and managers on LOA inquiries.

  • Act as an escalation point for absence management questions.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct audits to align leave programs with payroll expectations.

  • Collaborate with partners to enhance employee experiences.

  • Analyze data to drive improvements in LOA processes.

  • Ensure compliance with absence management procedures.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders for effective collaboration.

  • Work with payroll and technical teams to ensure accurate employee data.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Expertise in Workday required

  • 4+ years of leave of absence experience - Specifically in Time off Requests.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and claims management

  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related laws.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $45-55/hr.
