The Lease Administrator II - Remote (prefer caniddates in Austin, TX) will work in a collaborative and results focused environment with other Lease Administrators, Regional Real Estate Managers, Real Estate Services Managers, Facilities, Lease Accounting, Accounts Payable, and other key contributors. The Lease Administrator is responsible for ensuring all Hanger\'s rights, obligations, and opportunities for all leases are accurately reflected in the company\'s lease administration database. This role is responsible for ensuring productive Landlord, Tenant, vendor, Subtenant relationships are maintained in terms of all lease agreements. The Lease Administrator will perform the abstraction of lease data and payment schedule setup; along with reconciling landlord statements, ledgers, and calculating rental escalations, adjustments and initiating appropriate action to ensure compliance with lease terms.
