Lead Youth & Family Services Specialist Job Compensation: * Starting \$18.73 to \$23.41 Per Hour (Depending on Experience). Lead Youth & Family Services Specialist Job Responsibilities: * Provide guidance and direction to the youth & family services staff. * Lead the ongoing strategy formulation of the youth & children programming including the development and refining of service and goals and objectives. * Conduct outreach targeting schools, social service agencies, healthcare providers and other key agencies to promote services targeting youth and children. * Gather and track all data pertaining to project activities conducted, project progress program data, complete monthly, semi-annual and/or annual reports * Coordinate weekly Youth and Family Teem meetings to review program progress, discuss program sites, referrals, and other program matters. * Plan, prepare and deliver Safe Dates and other youth violence prevention lesson plans and instructional materials which will foster skill building around conflict resolution, communication & respect. Note: Additional years of work experience in a relevant field can be substituted for one year of education. * Knowledge of Public Health Model of Prevention and/or experience in Prevention Field. * Bilingual in Spanish/English Verbal and Written Preferred . * Demonstrate knowledge collaborating with private and public schools, social service agencies, etc. * Must have a car and adequate auto liability insurance. * Ability and willingness to travel and work Irregular hours (non-standard and evening). * Work Environment, Physical, and Sensory Demands: * The demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
