Norris\' Group Care Programs provide treatment, educational, and therapeutic recreational services to male youth ages 8 through 17 and their families. Youth receive services related to mental health, emotional behavioral disorders, problematic sexualized behaviors, AODA, and trauma, including physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect. Norris is currently seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Lead Residential Care Specialist n our Group Care Program at our 900-acre Mukwonago campus. We are looking someone to work a Tuesday Saturday shift, with hours working on primarily second shifts. Under the supervision of the assigned Hall Supervisor, the Lead Residential Care Specialist (LRCS) at our River\'s Edge Campus (REC) in Mukwonago, WI is primarily responsible for the care and supervision of youth in all facets of their daily lives, including their safety, well-being, emotional, and educational needs. The LRCS acts in collaboration with other team members to provide direct care, supervision, behavior management, recreation, and other individual and group services to youth in a structured setting. Services and support provided by the LRCS promote the Norris mission and practice philosophy for providing treatment and services utilizing a trauma informed care approach. The LRCS is also responsible for ensuring implementation of assigned treatment services, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the daily routine of the program is upheld. The LRCS is responsible for providing Medication Administration and may periodically serve in the Leader on Duty (LOD) role. The LRCS is part of the REC Leadership team and routinely serves in the role of \"supervisor\" however, does not have direct reports.
