What You Will Contribute: The IT Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization\'s information technology systems and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Their primary responsibility is to assess, monitor, and enforce compliance with internal and external policies to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data and IT systems. Job Duties: * Responsible for the provisioning, deprovisioning, and changes in accounts within the SaaS and other related applications/portals. * Assists in cybersecurity risk and technology assessments. * Ensures IT policies are reviewed and updated. * Monitors of changes in accounts within the SaaS. * Ensures the provisioning/deprovisioning of privileged/admin accounts follow applicable security policies. * Conducts phishing campaigns and compiling monthly metrics. * Provides security training for vendors, consultants, and employees. * Assist with the completion of customer security questionnaires and negotiation of customer security exhibits. * Responsible for monitoring CloudTrail and Guard Duty logs. * Responsible for risk management activities including: risk assessments, risk treatment plans, and risk register. * Maintains asset register/inventory for applicable assets. * Moderator of the SaaS access account review meetings, monthly operations meetings, SaaS security meetings, ISMS meetings, and Artic Wolf meetings. * Performs regular audits and assessments of applicable IT systems and processes to ensure compliance. * Assists in the completion of documents for cyber security insurance application. * Performs annual PCI self-assessments. * Gathers relevant evidence required for external and internal audits. * Works with external and internal auditors to complete audits. * Up to 10% travel required.
