Posted Date: 8/19/2024 Closing Date: August 26, 2024, or upon receipt of the first 50 applicant submissions Integrated Service Coordinator Behavioral Health Services Hourly Pay Range: \$25.72 to \$38.82 Job Summary: Under the direction of the Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS) Director,the Integrated Services Coordinator will oversee a designated portion of the Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS) provider network; assisting with access, quality monitoring, intake, and referral to the CARS Targeted Case Management (TCM) -Crisis Case Management (CCM) program. This position is also responsible for research and development of programs to serve individuals with co-occurring disorders, facilitating operations meetings with providers as well as overseeing oversite and management of contracted services. Job Duties: Work with various CARS team members to provide oversight and ensure individuals can access TCM-CCM and receive high quality services.
