The Industrial/Automation Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of manufacturing engineering activities within the organization, with a particular focus on automation. This role involves conducting comprehensive studies to optimize workflow and spatial utilization, recommending and acquiring the appropriate equipment for production line expansion or modification, and ensuring that all projects and department goals are achieved within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and manage all manufacturing engineering activities, emphasizing automation to improve efficiency and productivity. Conduct operational studies to maximize workflow, spatial utilization, and overall process efficiency. Evaluate and recommend the acquisition of equipment to expand or modify production lines to meet the organization\'s objectives.
