Human Resources internship position will assist and provide support to an array of HR initiatives and tasks. Initiatives can span across Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Data/Analytics, Employee Relations or HR business partnering. HR intern assignments may include projects requiring research analysis, benchmarking, auditing, analytics, or assisting in the development of business solution implementation related to HR initiatives. How you will make contributions that matter... * Update employee database and trackers, to include employment data, discipline, leave and attendance. * Perform internal HR compliance audit, to include I-9, employee files, AAP, confidential records, etc., in accordance with internal/external compliance procedures and templates. * Assist in posting position requisitions and screening applicants. * Plan and schedule interviews with candidates. * Assist with new hire orientations, creating new hire files and processing records. * Create reports and update HR metrics and KPI\'s. * Address queries and issues of workers when required. * Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and engagement activities or events. * Evaluate labor data collection, make recommendations and updates to improve efficiency and dashboard reporting.
