Your role: Product Manager- Production Materials Chemistry-DxRM is USA-based role located in Milwaukee, WI or Saint Louis, MO. The role requires working with cross functional teams from Manufacturing, Operations, Packaging, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Safety, along with outside customers to grow the Production Materials Chemistry business. Overall, the position will be responsible for facilitating the product setup and management of new opportunities for existing product listings. This includes assessing the opportunity for site fit and deciding on the specifications along with other product attributes. Other job opportunities will include supporting a digital marketing campaign for the portfolio along with a go-to-market strategy for the global commercial teams with marketing collateral and sales guides. Who you are: Basic Qualifications: * BS or higher in chemistry or life science-related field and 5+ years of combined Product Management Operations, Supply Chain and/or Project Management experience in a chemical company, or equivalent Or MS or higher in chemistry or life science related field and 3+ years of combined Product Management Operations, Supply Chain and/or Project Management experience in a chemical company, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications * Certification for Project Management is preferred, not required. * Ph.D. and or MBA is preferred, not required * Extensive technical knowledge as it relates to R&D, development, production, SAP material master, and change management. * Independence, assertiveness, and ability to make decisions quickly and confidently, with skills for people interaction and cross functional teamwork across departments and locations worldwide and with external customers. * Planning and scheduling, Problem Solving Skills including root cause analysis, Project Management, Time Management * Motivator of people to drive toward desired results within a set timeframe. * Strong negotiation and delegation skills - able to influence without direct authority to achieve desired outcomes. * Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including the ability to give presentations and to speak to various technical and non-technical groups. * Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FDA Regulations, with emphasis on non-regulated raw materials going into GMP and ISO13485 manufacturing. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Excel. * Strong knowledge of SAP and other operational systems preferred, not required What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
