JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Regal Rexnord. This role is critical to identifying, attracting, and hiring executive-level talent who will drive the organization\'s success across our global footprint. As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to develop and execute customized recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Job Responsibilities Executive Search Strategy Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives, leadership needs, and critical success factors for executive roles. Lead end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level roles, including strategy calls, sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and execute tailored search strategies to source top-tier talent across business functions. Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for executive roles by leveraging direct sourcing, networking, and industry insights. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies. Act as a brand ambassador, positioning the company as an employer of choice for executive talent through strategic engagement and storytelling. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing market insights, talent trends, and recommendations for attracting and retaining top executive talent. Partner with HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and talent management strategies. Prepare and present executive candidate slates, updates, and search progress to key stakeholders. Process Excellence and Reporting Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal requirements, and recruiting best practices. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools, providing metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence initiatives, tools, and resources that elevate the executive recruitment function. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, ideally within a global manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven track record for successfully hiring for senior-level roles in a complex, global organization.
