MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER Education Program Coordinator II in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Education Program Coordinator II in the School of Pharmacy you will work independently with direction from the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs to coordinate department recruitment program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines. Provide guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program\'s goals. In conjunction with the Student Affairs Team members, engage in the pharmacy student orientation program, champion the development of a professional culture within the School of Pharmacy through pharmacy student activities, and assisting students experiencing academic difficulty with referrals to the appropriate support service areas. Primary Functions Responsible for student-related services including but not limited to: recruitment, admissions, retention of doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) students and alumni. Manage and advocate for support and services for pharmacy student wellness awareness and activities. Help with outreach activities with strategic academic partners to achieve enrollment goals including direct enrollment programs. Support the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs to generate scholarship proposals Responsible for pharmacy student organizations Manage drug and criminal background screenings and immunization records management processes of pharmacy student matriculates and continuing pharmacy students Establish and maintain alumni relations: establishing and maintain alumni website, organize alumni events, and collaborate with MCW alumni association to establish alumni donations and scholarships Maintain academic standards of the professional program consistent with ACPE accreditation requirements Collaborate with the MCW enrollment, admissions, and financial aid offices Maintain relations with the national pharmacy application service administrators of PharmCAS Staff assigned committees and represent MCW at meetings or events Manage in-Progress Applicants Manage Recruitment Systems Management (Liaison, CareerEco, Unibudy Tallo, etc.) Manage pipeline diversity and high school initiatives Assist with prospective student appointments: tours, advising, phone calls, walk-ins Student Ambassadors & Volunteer Coordination Leverage communication platforms to engage faculty, staff, and external partners in active recruitment to support programmatic strategies Collaborate with Communications Consultant to curate and develop recruiting and marketing materials Collaborate with School of Pharmacy Communications Consultant to develop and maintain virtual and social media platforms...
