Robert Half E-Commerce Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description

We are in search of an E-Commerce Manager to join our team located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. (This role may be remote with some travel to Milwaukee Wi) This role entails managing our global ecommerce platform, overseeing ecommerce enhancement projects, and establishing best practices for ecommerce functionality. The E-Commerce Manager will work closely with several teams including Marketing, Software Engineering, and Customer Care to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the global ecommerce platform, Optimizely Commerce Connect.

• Drive ecommerce enhancement projects from conception to execution and maintenance stages.

• Collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Website & CMS, Finance, Software Engineering, and Customer Care to deliver a holistic customer experience.

• Establish and maintain best practices for ecommerce functionality and workflows.

• Provide leadership, training, and technical support to various teams.

• Ensure compliance with ecommerce laws, regulations, and requirements such as data protection, consumer rights, and online payment security.

• Utilize knowledge of basic web development and design to improve ecommerce operations.

• Use data analytics to track and interpret site traffic and sales metrics.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.

Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in E-commerce or a related field

• Proficient in Backend Development

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• Experience with eBay sales and marketing

• Knowledge of Facebook Insights for analyzing data

• Proficiency in AB Testing for optimization

• Experience in creating and handling Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Analytics for measuring performance

• Ability to create and enhance Brand Awareness

• Proven experience in Campaign Planning

• Familiarity with e-Commerce Applications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
