JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manage development and technical implementation teams to develop, implement and upgrade Fiserv Payment and E-commerce products. Implement corporate product development and implementation standards and guidelines throughout the product development life cycle. Manage project management team and technical implementation team for project planning, setup, and configuration of Fiserv products based on customer-specific requirements. Provide direction and supervision to subordinates and maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to implement Fiserv products toward customer objectives. Direct subordinates for project planning, task allocation, mentoring and review of assigned work and year-end performance review. Review project pipelines and budget, resource allocation, and conduct recruitments and training for new resources. Conduct and lead the implementation knowledge-sharing sessions with the implementation team and partners about the product and features. Analyze customer\'s requirements, define functional specifications, and work with the engineering team for product enhancement and integration. Design Business Object modules to incorporate ERP business rules and regulations to support ERP systems including SAP, JDE and Oracle Cloud. Analyze, review, and ensure that web applications are secure using secure coding guidelines. Design and integrate payment gateway APIs using Microsoft technologies. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 9 years in any job title involving strategic planning, development, implementation and maintenance of information systems.
