Job Description: Lead a highly motivated hybrid-remote team tackling diverse AI projects ranging from traditional machine learning to cutting-edge imagery and LLM. Job Responsibilities: * Team Leadership and Development: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. * Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities. * Project Management: * Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives. * Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Technical Oversight: * Provide technical guidance on model training and validation using various machine learning techniques on structured/unstructured data, including imagery, text, and graphs. * Support and oversee the deployment of models in a cloud-based Linux environment. * Ensure the quality and performance of AI models presented to clients and prospects. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate best practices into the team\'s workflow. * Client Interaction: * Present model performance and insights to clients and prospects. * Provide pre-sales and post-sales analytic support. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. * Strategic Planning: * Develop and refine the analytics development platform. * Identify opportunities for innovation and lead strategic initiatives to enhance the company\'s AI capabilities. * Align team goals with the broader organizational strategy and drive execution. * Technical Acumen: * Perform model training and validation using various types of machine learning techniques on structured/unstructured data, including imagery, text and graphs. * Support deployment of models. * Perform work in a cloud-based Linux environment. * Present model performance to clients and prospects. * Provide pre-sales and post-sales analytic support and interact with both internal and external clients and prospects. * Create model reports for client review and model documentation. * Prepare and maintain programs and documentation for analytic models. * Conduct defined quantitative and qualitative research projects independently and communicates research results to internal ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjcyODg3Ljg3NzBAY29yZWxvZ2ljY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
