Brady Corporation Data Visualization Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

What We Need:

The Data Visualization Analyst will use their expertise to create engaging, easy-to-understand visualizations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. They will translate complex data findings into actionable stories, bridging the gap between raw data and strategic action. They will continuously explore new tools, methods, and formats, keeping Brady at the forefront of data visualization innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Audit and collaborate with data engineers to maintain the highest standards of accuracy in all visualizations

  • Partner with teams across Brady's global network to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Investigate new tools, methods and formats for marketing data visualization

  • Transform marketing data into insights for key stakeholders

  • Optimize dashboards for performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable visualization projects

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business field (marketing, communications, business administration, economics, etc.) or a technical field (computer science, information systems, statistics etc.)

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, marketing analytics, business analytics or IT/data management

  • Ability to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets

  • Experience producing dashboards and other visually compelling reports

  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing business needs

  • Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally

  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
