The Cutting Tool Specialist position is responsible for supporting the PFERD sales efforts by providing technical expertise, training and field support. Particular focus will be put on gaining market share through planning and execution of a consultative sales strategy at large potential end users. Effective and professional communication skills are critical when dealing with various departments, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Independent Manufacturer Representatives (IMRs). Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent time management, organizational, and problem solving skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the Sales Team to; Develop and Maintain a Top 10 project focus for this position applying a S.M.A.R.T. assessment to each opportunity Track each Top 10 project through the PFERD sales process to completion Document all information and activities by utilizing the C4C system Support TSMs & IMRs in resolving technical issues and product application issues Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop the data required to present Documented Cost Savings Collaborate with RSMs to identify and develop strategic targeted ...
