Responsible for monitoring employee travel (domestic and/or international) and identifying possible threats to employee well-being. Use risk intelligence software to stay abreast of organizational risk factors and partner with appropriate stakeholders to mitigate. Align with Security specialists/consultants in support of data collection and creation/monitoring of associated metrics. This position has an option to work hybrid. What you\'ll get to do: Monitor travel risk alerts and escalate accordingly Maintain International Travel Calendar Provide Pre-Travel Risk Assessmentsand training/consultation as required Create weekly risk intel report for HO Locations Monitor developing situations impacting HO and Field Office operations and supply intel as needed Partner with EBCP team to provide monitoring and threat assessment for field force Create risk reports for off-site event locations Monitor off-site event locations for impacts and supply intel as needed Coordinate with Security Consultant and other members of Security Leadership as needed Collect and analyze data across security technology portfolio Provide guidance on operational data collection Create monthly data and metrics report out Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed Bring Your Best! What this role needs: Bachelor\'s degree in criminology, criminal justice or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1-2 years of progressively responsible work experience in security administration with a focus on threat and/or risk monitoring and resolution. Strong working knowledge of security technology and computer control systems, safety program management, and emergency preparedness. Proficient in Microsoft Office application suite. Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, decision-making and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment and to use a consultative approach to resolve issues. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with people at all levels, especially on sensitive matters, and to build strong mutual working relationships. #LI-POST #LI-HYBRID #IN-POST Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: \$44,310.00 Pay Range - End: \$82,290.00 Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
