Description We are in search of a dedicated Contracts Manager for our operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves overseeing the implementation of a new CLM tool, quality control throughout the implementation process, and assisting account managers through this process. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of a new CLM tool to enhance efficiency in contract management.

• Conduct quality control checks throughout the implementation process to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Assist teams in filling out data fields and uploading documents, contributing to the establishment of their own legacy systems.

• Support account managers in transitioning through the new processes, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

• Conduct quality validation checks before handing projects over to the implementation team, ensuring all requirements are met.

• Collaborate with the implementation partner to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Utilize skills in Contract Management, Business Systems, Amendments, Auditing, Billing Functions, Claim Administration, and Clinical Trial Operations to achieve project goals.

• Ensure the quick onboarding of new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and information to perform their roles effectively. Requirements • Proficient in business systems

• Experience in managing contract amendments

• Knowledge of auditing procedures

• Familiarity with billing functions

• Skills in claim administration

• Understanding of clinical trial operations

• Expertise in contract management
