MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER Clinical Program Coordinator II in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As a Clinical Program Coordiantor II in Emergency Medicine you will work independently under the administrative direction of the Clinical Operations Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program, including the management of emergency medicine scheduling. Primary Functions * Oversee Emergency Medicine scheduling in QGenda ensuring optimal coverage, efficiency, and accuracy. * Manage equity reporting, ensuring that the program aligns with institutional and departmental goals. * Coordinate scheduling practices in QGenda to ensure consistency and compliance across the department. * Lead and manage department projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. * Manage program activities with a focus on maximizing and maintaining a strong awareness of financial impact. * Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with organizations such as QGenda and physician recruitment and locum tenens firms. * Process time off requests such as FMLA, vacation, and sick time for all faculty and APPs in QGenda. * Coordinate scheduling coverage through outreach and activation of department back up schedule. * Facilitate the onboarding of incoming clinicians such as faculty, APPs, fellows, and residents by reviewing scheduling policies and processes. * Collaborate on the creation and completion of the department holiday schedules. * Process schedule change requests by approving or denying and updating appropriate systems and documents of these changes. * Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports. * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. * Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components. * Assist in recruitment and training of program staff. * Assist in scheduling people and material resources. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. * Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Provide input on program design. * Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. * Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
