St. Francis Hospital is looking to hire a Full Time, Day Shift Cardiovascular Tech.

What You Will Do
Assist with cardiovascular procedures to analyze, diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.
• Prepare patients for procedures. Review medical history, position patients and clean/shave/numb testing sites as appropriate.• Interpret, describe and report test results; recognize recording errors and artifacts and react appropriately.• Monitor patient prior to, during and after procedures and promptly report any abnormal findings in patient's condition.• Prepare and maintain equipment, supplies and lab area.
What You Will Need
• Certified Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required. ACLS certification within one year preferred.• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.• Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.• Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology preferred.
• One year of experience in CV Lab required.• Arrhythmia interpretation skills required.
