Description We are in search of a Bilingual Universal Banker to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Bilingual Universal Banker, your primary role will be to manage the consumer loan process, provide exceptional customer service, and promote our credit union products and services. This role also offers a contract for permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the entire consumer loan process, from initiation to closing

• Provide exceptional customer service and work with our members to meet their financial service needs

• Promote and suggest our credit union products and services based on member's needs

• Accurately process share deposit payments, loan payments, and lines of credit transactions

• Handle cash and check withdrawals and ensure accurate disbursement

• Balance cash drawer daily and handle Vault Teller responsibilities

• Engage in conversations to suggest new products and services to our members

• Participate actively in Credit Union outreach events

• Adhere strictly to general regulatory procedures

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence, and manage answering inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule appointments and handle order entries as needed. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service

• Exceptional customer service skills are required

• Proven ability to carry out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and concise communication

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry is preferred

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and in a timely manner
