JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking an Analyst/Reviewer for a one-year contract lasting through February 2025 working with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. This position will work onsite 5 days per week and there are 3 open positions. Job Description: The main responsibility of the Analyst position involves reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies. Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience--experience in the compliance field is a plus! Individuals must be apt at reading for comprehension and be comfortable doing so in a high-volume environment while thinking critically, analyzing, and making decisions on email communications based on risk. Strong organizational and analytical skills; must have a high level of attention to detail Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional environment to meet daily individual and team volume and quality goals. Strong experience and knowledge of platforms such as Outlook and SharePoint-with the ability to learn new software and programs. Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills The ability to read and write in Spanish fluently is also a plus. Must Have: Data entry; Microsoft Office; Computer High level of reading comprehension and the ability to think critically and make logical decisions. Time Management Nice To Have: Ability to translate Spanish to English quickly and accurately. Compensation: \$17.00 - 18.00 per hour.
